What We Offer

DTF Apparel (Direct-to-Film Transfers)

DTF is a great option when you want full-color prints, fine detail, and a soft, durable finish.

Best for:

  • Full-color logos and designs
  • Detailed artwork and gradients
  • Back prints, sleeve prints, chest logos
  • Small runs or one-off custom shirts

Available options:

  • DTF transfers applied by us (we produce the transfer and press it onto the garment)
  • DTF transfers only (for customers who want to press their own)

What we need from you:

  • High-resolution PNG (transparent background preferred) or vector art (SVG/PDF)
  • Desired print size in inches (width or exact dimensions)
  • Placement (left chest, full back, sleeve, etc.)
  • Garment details (if you want us to supply the shirt)

HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) — Single Color

HTV is perfect for bold, clean, single-color designs—names, simple logos, and strong shapes that stand out.

Best for:

  • Single-color text and graphics
  • Names/numbers (teams, events, ministries)
  • Small to medium designs with strong contrast

Capability:

  • HTV rolls up to 15 inches wide
  • Maximum continuous length per design: 24 inches (2 feet)
    (Longer designs may be possible as multi-piece layouts depending on the design.)

Oracal 651 Permanent Vinyl (Stickers / Decals / Signs)

Perfect for durable decals, signage, branding, labels, and smooth-surface application.

Best for:

  • Stickers and decals
  • Signs and labels
  • Windows and smooth outdoor/indoor surfaces

Capability:

  • Vinyl rolls up to 12 inches wide
  • Maximum continuous length per design: 24 inches (2 feet)
    (Longer designs may be possible as multi-piece layouts depending on the design.)
  • Car decals supported as long as design sections are 12 inches wide or less (larger designs can be done in panels depending on layout)

Removable vehicle branding and temporary signage that looks clean and professional.

Pricing (Guideline)

Pricing depends on size and complexity, plus whether we’re supplying garments.

Typical ranges:

  • Small decals: $5–$15
  • Medium decals / signs: $15–$45
  • Magnetic vehicle signs: $45–$150+
  • Apparel:
    • Single-color HTV add-on per shirt: $10–$30+ depending on size
    • DTF prints/applied: priced by print size + placement + quantity

Notes / Limitations

  • For best results, provide print-ready artwork.
  • Vinyl designs are limited to 24 inches (2 feet) in continuous length; larger designs may be created in panels if the design allows.
  • If you need multi-color or highly detailed artwork on apparel, DTF is usually the best choice.
