The type of 3D Design that we offer involves creating a virtual 3 dimensional object utilizing physical dimensions. We currently do not offer 3D modeling, which involves creating organic 3 dimensional digital art. If you are interested in this service please provide specific detentions. Depending on the complexity and quantity of redesigns the service may accrue additional fees.

Note: Since we provide additive manufacturing we can provide a physical copy of this digital object. This can also be done with taking a 2D scan or logo and use it to extrude or indent an an existing 3d object. “Fuel Pump Seal Spacer” and “Custom Phone Case” are instances where we provided this service.

3D Printing, also known as Additive Manufacturing, is the process of adding material to create objects. In our case we use PLA (Polylactic acid) to construct layers of plastic to create various objects. We take STL files (a 3D image) from our customers to create the desired object. You can create these files with a 3D design/modeling software or download them from online STL libraries like Thingiverse.com.

Note: We also create STLs with our 3D Design service. We have had customers request the combination of these services to design and produce replacement parts for their older homes since things like shower doors and air vent standards have changed over the years.

Vinyl cutting is the process of turning a sheet of vinyl into: decals, logos, stickers, shirt designs, and much more. This allows us to Heat Press HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) into fabric resulting in epic custom apparel. We also have the capability to transfer HTV to mugs, and plates.
